Better Compensation

Hogue & Belong agents are given the opportunity to earn more than 100% commission. By offering residual commissions from transactions closed by sponsored agents, Hogue & Belong agents are able to earn an additional 10% commission even when they are not personally closing a transaction. Additionally, Hogue & Belong offers its agents long term security in the form of retirement and beneficiary pensions.

  • How You Can “Sponsor” an Agent and Start to Earn Residual Fees at 10% - When you refer a real estate salesperson to Hogue & Belong Realty, and that salesperson becomes a Hogue & Belong Realty Agent, you will be identified as that salesperson’s “Sponsoring Agent.” You will then receive 10% residual fees from EVERY transaction that your sponsored agent completes. In other words, each time an agent you sponsored sells real estate, you receive a 10% sponsoring bonus, without doing anything! This residual fee benefit lasts as long as you remain a Hogue & Belong Realty Agent, and provides you the opportunity to earn an aggregate of more than 100% commission!
  • Pension Benefits at 7% - Most agencies have not even thought of offering a pension plan. But at Hogue & Belong, even after you retire, you will continue to receive 7% residuals in the form of pension payments to you, upon actual retirement. In other words, even after you have stopped working, you will continue to receive payments from the sales of those agents you have sponsored.
  • Beneficiary Pension at 5% - No one likes to think about it, but what happens to your loved ones after you pass away and can no longer provide for them. At Hogue & Belong Realty, your loved ones will still receive benefits even after your passing. Your designated beneficiaries will receive an aggregate 5% residual from each transaction completed by the Hogue & Belong Realty Agents you sponsored during your lifetime. That is security and peace of mind that almost no other real estate agency in the world offers!
  • Competitive Commission Splits - Hogue & Belong’s commission splits are as competitive as any in the business. After accounting for the potential residuals our agents earn, Hogue & Belong’s commission program blows every other agency’s commission split out of the water. Moreover, Hogue & Belong rewards its agents according to performance (i.e: the more you sell, the greater your commission split). We believe that real estate agents should be provided with greater rewards as their efforts and productivity increase.

Fewer and Lower Admin. Fees

We believe in streamlining and simplifying logistics wherever possible. The last thing you need to worry about is a bunch of different payments and bills varying each month. That is why Hogue & Belong Realty has taken a minimalistic approach, making sure your necessary business expenses are fixed and predictable.

Better Training

All new Hogue & Belong agents are assigned a mentor. All mentors are licensed real estate brokers as well as licensed real estate attorneys, who will work with you to facilitate your success. Even if you are a seasoned veteran we are certain that you will find peace of mind in knowing that your brokers of record are also licensed real estate attorneys.

Better Relationships

Hogue & Belong agents are provided with ample "face time" both with the founding brokers and other Hogue & Belong real estate attorneys.
